Tampa Pride is a celebration of our community’s successes in overcoming obstacles throughout history, and Harmony Healthcare Orlando can’t wait to celebrate with you. This year’s Pride event includes a parade, festival, and party, and you’re not going to want to miss it. Let’s make Tampa Pride 2022 the best one yet.
What’s Happening At Tampa Pride
Tampa Pride reports that they’re expecting at least 80,000 attendees at this year’s celebration in Ybor City – the biggest Tampa Pride ever! Here are some of the exciting events you can look forward to.
Diversity Parade
This year’s parade route will travel down East 7th Avenue in historic Ybor City, also known as the GaYBOR District. We’re so excited for this particular event because Harmony Healthcare Orlando will have our very own float in the parade. Keep an eye out for us, because we’ll be bringing the party and dressed to impress. We can’t wait to see everyone!
Street Festival
The Tampa Pride 2022 street festival features a variety of artisans and vendors, a community health fair, and an entrepreneurs area. There will be something for everyone. The festival is scheduled to begin at 10:45 AM with a performance by the Tampa Bay Pride Band, guest speakers, and then the featured entertainment.
You will also be able to find a great selection of local food trucks conveniently located in Food Alley, so you won’t have to miss a minute of Pride because of an empty stomach.
Pride At Night
We’re sure that Tampa Pride is going to be such a great event that no one will want to leave after the street festival – and they won’t have to! Pride at Night begins at 7:00 PM at The Cuban Club Main Stage. Pride at Night will feature local and national headlining artists, international DJ Matt Suave, and there will be a laser light show. Performers who will be there include Aja Lebeija, Kandy Muse, Niomi Onassis Knight, and more!
