Hepatitis C Medical Care

Hepatitis C is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis C virus. Chronic hepatitis C is a serious disease than can result in long-term health problems, even death. Many people might not be aware of their infection because they are not clinically ill.

HIV Medical Care

HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus. It weakens a person’s immune system by destroying important cells that fight disease and infection. No effective cure exists for HIV. But with proper medical care, HIV can be controlled.

PrEP

Pre-exposure prophylaxis (or PrEP) is a daily medicine taken to prevent HIV. PrEP can stop HIV from taking hold and spreading throughout your body. When taken daily, PrEP is highly effective for preventing HIV from sex or drug use.

PEP

PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) are antiretroviral medicines (ART) taken after being potentially exposed to HIV to prevent becoming infected and must be started within 72 hours after a recent possible exposure to HIV.

STI Testing and Treatment

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), also referred to as sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), are infections that are commonly spread by sexual activity. Over 30 different STI's exist, and in many instances they do not initially cause symptoms

Our skilled group of Nurse Practitioners will work alongside you to address your health concerns and dedicate time to your primary care needs. Case Management (Non-Medical)

Need help with finding local resources for food assistance, public assistance, employment opportunities, or financial assistance? Need a referral for Mental Health Counseling? Our Case Management team will help to develop a plan with our patients to prioritize needs, identify and help to eliminate barriers to care, and further linkage to eligible services, including Ryan White Services.

Telehealth (Telemedicine)

If you’re a patient looking for medical care but cannot make it into the office for your visit, no worries! Telehealth keeps us connected by allowing visits with our providers live by phone or video chat over your smartphone or computer!

Language Interpretation Services

With the help of our live interpretation service, we can continue to provide quality care to our patients while communicating in their native language. We have access to phone and video interpretation for over 200 languages, including American Sign Language (ASL)!
