This is why Harmony Healthcare Orlando provides non-medical case management to help connect our patients to the community resources that can help them the most. We can provide referrals for mental health counseling, help finding food assistance, public assistance, employment opportunities, and more.
Our office has solutions that meet you where you are. If transportation has been a barrier to your access to healthcare, we offer transportation services to get you to your appointments. We also have a new mobile medical unit that allows us to bring our services to even more people in our community.
