Harmony Healthcare Orlando will be a part of so many great events in the coming months; we can’t wait to spend time with you and the rest of our community.
The weather is getting hotter, and you know what that means: summer, and Pride Month, are right around the corner! This year we’re kicking off Pride Month at one of the world’s largest gay and lesbian travel, entertainment, and business expos – Harmony Healthcare Orlando will have our own booth at the GayDayS Orlando Expo 2022!
What Is GayDayS Orlando?
GaysDayS Orlando was started in 1991. At that time, it was a single day in June when the LGBTQ community and their friends were encouraged to ‘wear red and be seen’ while visiting the Disney World theme parks.
Over the years, this event has grown into a week-long vacation experience made up of multiple events. These events take place at world-famous attractions, LGBTQ nightclubs, and other distinct venues that are secured to create a totally inclusive atmosphere. GayDayS is committed to diversity and welcomes everyone regardless of their age, race, beliefs, gender, and sexuality.
Some of the exciting things planned for this year’s GayDayS Orlando include theme park visits, cocktail parties, concerts, and other special events.
What Is The GayDayS Orlando Expo?
The GayDayS Orlando Expo is a convention that is held at the official GayDayS host hotel. This year, the host hotel is the beautiful Avanti Palms Resort and Conference Center. The Expo is scheduled for June 2nd – June 5th, and you can check the calendar on the official website for the hours it will be open each day of the festival.
At the Expo, thousands of visitors can visit the many vendor booths and check out products and services specifically designed for our community. And Harmony Healthcare Orlando is so excited to be among those vendors! If you’re heading out to GayDayS Orlando, make sure to check out our booth and say hi! We’ll be there Thursday through Sunday, so you can’t miss us.

Our Other Community Events
As you’re marking your calendars, keep an eye out for some of our other Pride Month events that we’ll be announcing very soon. And don’t forget about the different events that we have each month in our community, like our testing event at PowerHouse Church.
On the last Wednesday of every month, Harmony Healthcare Orlando is at PowerHouse Church from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., where we partner with The Center Orlando to provide no-cost rapid testing for HIV and Hepatitis C.
